RETURNS, REFUND, SHIPPING & CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURNS:

Return request can be made by emailing us on feedback@vprfoods.com

You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packing.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are Non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your shipping.

CANCELLATION:

Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to)

* In accurate or insufficient address.

* Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock.

* Inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or promotion information.

* Limitation on quantities available for purchase.

If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible.

Cancellation by the Customer:

In case we receive a cancellation request from you within 2 hours of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will cancel the order and refund amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped.
